Ab's birthday

Today is Ab.'s birthday.

I cannot make a cake. I did it for Easter, but that's something else. How do I honour a person through cooking?

Well, starting with the bits of information you know: almost level 25 in Italian language, fiercely ambitious, a cooking lover, wise like the sage...
so I am going to follow this recipe of gnocchi with butter and sage .

*in order to personalize it, I used some spinach for 1/4 of the batches

                                        

                                                     April this year was crazy.
             It snowed and pears in bloom blended  with the snow in the tall grass.
                                            But I do hope 22 was the best day for Ab.
