Women unfolding time

I have scanned and saved some of my families pictures today.
Thanks to Facebook my mother reconnected with her old school friends and now they are exchanging old photos. While walking on the memory lane, I realized how precious these old photos are

The first one was taken in 1942 in my mother and grandmother's village. My grandmother is born in 1937 so one of the little girls in the photo might be her.

This is my grandma years later in the garden of her old house. The zig zag pattern is made from small wooden sticks. Reminds me of Norwegian architecture. We, unfortunately, sold the house a long time ago. Some of my dearest memories stem there. The little house on the right side was, actually, replaced y a two stories tall building.

The second girl on the left (white headscarf, short skirt) is my mother. 1968.
The little boys on the right side, background are wearing opinici.
